“Pi/e Day” Contest

This entry was posted in Education & Robotics on by Akim Boukhelif.

Dexter industries, renowned for bringing BrickPi to the world, is organizing a « Pi/e Day contest » to celebrate Pi Day on March 14th. The contest started on this day and you can still send your submission until 26th April 2015.

To participate, simply submit an entry related to Pi (Greek letter “π”) by 26th April, whether it’s a Pie recipe or a robotics project !

As you can imagine some of these robotics projects are obviously made using the famous Raspberry…Pi! So expect to see a lot of the now successful Raspberry Pi 2 but other platforms are allowed such as Arduino, Intel Galilleo or Intel Edison. You can already discover some of these Arduino-based projects.

If you run out of project ideas, just take a look at our blog where we shared some of our best finds such as these projects made with an Intel Edison .

The call for projects ends on 26th April, so don’t waste anymore time and try to grab one of the 20 prizes at stake including a GoPiGo Starter Kit, an Arduberry, a GrovePi Starter Kit, a Raspberry Pi camera module and much more !

You can also simply vote for one of the projects you enjoy. Out of all these, some of them are really worth a look!
