Although there is still a blind spot of about 40 cm, the very high\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">accuracy and resolution of this 128-beam rangefinder make it a state-of-the-art piece of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\">equipment. However, it is much more expensive than Ouster\u00a0\u00bbs <\/span><a class=\"catalogue\" style=\"background-color: white;\" title=\"OS1 Lidar (Rev 7)\" href=\"\/en\/404055-ouster-mid-range-os1-lidar-rev-7-988.html#\/276-beam_config-uniform\/277-channels-128\/290-automotive_ethernet-no\"><strong>OS1-128<\/strong><\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1.5rem;\"> which has\u00a0<\/span>some very interesting features: up to 5.2 million dots per second, high protection rating and ultra compact size.<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Both brands offer high quality products at relatively high costs. The choice of the brand of 3D LiDAR will depend on the specific needs of your application&rsquo;s brief.
