Sensors multiplexer for Lego Mindstorms NXT / EV3
The sensors multiplexer for Lego Mindstorms NXT has one connector that should be linked to the NXT brick of your robot and four connectors where you can plug any Lego Mindstorms' compatible sensor.
To power your sensors, you need to plug a power supply in the green connector. Provided voltage should be between 7 and 9.6V, which correspond for example to what is provided by 6 AA batteries.
NXT-G programming using the sensors multiplexer for Lego Mindstorms NXT is also really simple: before any sensor reading, use the block below to determine which of the sensors plugged on the multiplexer you wish to read.
A template program using the sensors multiplexer for Lego Mindstorms NXT is available below. Modify it to suit your needs.
Lastly, all technical data (I2C registers, consumption, programming with other languages) can be found in the complete documentation.
