Using the USB-RLY16L 8 relay board controlled by USB

The first step to use the USB-RLY16L 8 relay board controlled by USB is to install the drivers. You have to unzip this archive and point to the folder when Windows is asking for drivers. These drivers will allow the USB-RLY16L 8 relay board controlled by USB to be recognized as a COM port.
