Grove SEN11303P module: the ultra-sensitive and undetectable capacitance sensor!
Fitted with a TTP223-B Touch Sensor, this Grove SEN11303P sensor can be fitted beneath a wide variety of metallic as well as non-metallic surfaces without losing any of its efficiency. Its technology is well proven: it uses the same system as that used for iPhone touch screens! Carefully positioned, this touch sensor can become totally undetectable, or be included in a project intended to be waterproof (and hence protected by special materials). You can create a secret button, an invisible pad – in short, give the impression that you are controlling your creation by telepathy!
Grove Touch Sensor: the best way to prototype
As always with Grove modules, this touch sensor is easy to connect to your Grove board and is connected to one of the input ports on your Arduino using a cable (not supplied). No need for soldering, it’s both quick and reliable.
