Nothing could be simpler than working this vibration motor: like all the Grove modules, it installs onto your Arduino via your Grove Base Shield or Mega Shield with a 4-way connecting cable (to be ordered separately). Up to there, it’s a classic! It’s just as simple to make it work: when a high level of input current is applied, this coreless DC motor starts to vibrate. When the current falls, it stops!
A vibration motor can be used in lots of projects, for example to create a silent phone ringer, fit to an electronic game or toy, offer a vibrate option to a joypad… You’ll be spoilt for choice!
