What is Qi? It’s a standard, used today by the most recent generation of telephones, that allows you to use an inductive wireless charger called a “Qi charger”. In practice, you simply need to connect your phone to the charging module, place it on its base, and your smartphone or iPhone will begin charging!
This Universal 20 mm Reverse Micro USB Qi Wireless Charging Module consists of a receiver charger and a micro USB connector. Here, the connector comes in an 20 mm Reverse version.
You can also find the 85 mm and 85 mm Reverse versions on our website. Everything depends on your phone’s connector and its size – you may need a cable of a certain length, and you must choose your connector depending on the layout of your smartphone’s socket, bearing in mind that the Qi Recharging Module must be placed on the back of the phone.
You can create your own universal wireless charger for a smartphone or iPhone project.
The Wireless Charging Module can also be integrated into different objects to create an original universal Qi charger. Check out the “charging book” example provided in the resources!
Be aware, however, that to operate this model you’ll need the Qi wireless charging transmitter, as this will form the charging cradle on which you place your phone!
