In the same vein as the new Dynamixel Pro servos, with the M42-10-S260-R you get a small 10W servo that fits into small- to large-scale robotics projects. You will be particularly happy with its design and its performance: the servo unites a straight type reduction gear system, a controller, a driver and a network in a single device.

It features a cycloid type detachable reduction gear system and offers a resolution of 263,168 steps per revolution. Both precise and powerful, it’s an excellent choice for designers wishing to tackle modular robotics.

Above all, the Dynamixel Pro M42-10-S260-R actuator offers you the possibility to control each of its parameters directly from your PC via an RS-485 communication interface.

The Dynamixel Pro servos in the R series can all be connected to your computer using a USB2Dynamixel stick. You therefore benefit from all the servo’s specific features: speed, power, and position control, which you can automatically correct with an embedded PID controller.
