Grove DS18B20 Temperature Sensor
This Grove temperature sensor comes in cable form and makes monitoring temperatures with Arduino and Raspberry Pi simpler.
DS18B20 temperature sensor: in-depth monitoring
The unique shape of this temperature sensor (a 2 metre cable ending with a waterproof probe) makes taking measurements easier, even if you need to determine the temperature of the soil at a depth of 1 or 2 metres.
With the original model, you had to add a resistance for it to work. Here, Seeed Studio has connected a DS18B20 chip to a Grove port and installed a resistance. You can therefore use the sensor as a regular Grove module connected to a Grove Shield for all your Arduino and Raspberry Pi projects.
