The Grove Air Quality Sensor v1.3 can detect a wide range of toxic gases, including carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, acetone, etc.
While it does not display detailed measurements for each gas, this Grove sensor does supply quality data, including air quality and pollution levels. It can therefore be included in a DIY atmospheric air monitoring system.
