This active cooling fan belongs to the Odroid U3 accessory range. It allows you to make full use of the board’s quad-core processor. By cooling its circuits, it keeps the board running at its best performance and highest speed. It replaces the Odroid U3’s integrated heat sink.
Don’t forget to remove the thin transparent film underneath the cooler before mounting it on your board. It comes with a compatible cable to connect to the PWM port of your Odroid U3.
