- Edu: the best choice for education (support, accessories, 5Ah battery, education solution).
- Pro: for R&D and more demanding AI workloads (maximum computing power).
Can you develop in Python / ROS?
Yes, the K1 is suitable for Python projects and ROS integration (depending on your stack and needs). This makes it practical for research and robotics courses.
Which sensors are integrated for perception and interaction?
Binocular/3D camera, 9-axis IMU, microphone array and speaker: enough to work on vision, posture and voice interaction.
What battery life and charging time?
In practice, battery life is about 50 min to 1h20 depending on usage, with a charging time ≤ 1 hour.
Can it be used in competition (e.g., RoboCup)?
Yes, its humanoid format, kinematics (22 DoF) and sensors make it a relevant base for demos and certain competition scenarios, depending on your rules and discipline.
What is included with the purchase?
Contents vary by version (2Ah or 5Ah battery, case, etc.). In all cases, the robot is delivered ready to use with essential accessories (remote control, charger, seat/stand).
