The Unitree GO2-W is a wheeled quadruped robot designed for teams developing and testing mobility, perception, and on-board AI functions. This robust base is intended for demanding environments, with multiple versions (U2/U4/U5) and hardware options (sensors, servo arm).
The GO2-W is designed as a laboratory work platform: dynamic motion, obstacle-crossing tests, and module integration. The platform weighs 18 kg (battery included), with a travel speed of 0 to 2.5 m/s. It uses 7-inch pneumatic tires and an obstacle/climbing capability of approximately 70 cm.
Architecturally, it integrates 16 joint motors and a 15000 mAh battery for a runtime of 2 to 4 hours. The GO2-W can be supplied with a computing module based on Orin NX (100 TOPS), together with AI algorithms and technical support. This package provides a basis for secondary development and running on-board processing.
Sensor integration varies by version. The Go2W_U2, Go2W_U4 and Go2W_U5 versions include a Realsense D435i depth camera. The Go2W_U4 and Go2W_U5 versions add an XT16 3D LIDAR with a navigation algorithm and technical support. The Go2W_U5 version is oriented toward inspection/monitoring with a stabilized head and a thermal sensor.
Note: the Go2W_U5 is a standardized hardware platform for customer developments and does not include adaptation services, navigation map-building services, a background software management platform, or project planning and implementation.
