ODROID-H2+: meet HardKernel’s Celeron J4105 microcontroller

Released end of last year, ODROID board embarks a processor from the Gemini Lake generation. The Celeron J4105 is a quad-core, quad-thread Intel x86 processor clocked at 1.5-2.5 GHz, with a UHD Graphics 600 unit and 4 MB of N2 cache memory. It generates a thermal design power of 10W, but the on-board heat sink justifies its fan-less design.

Example of use of the ODROID H2 card

Although it may appear lightweight in memory in its out-of-the-box version, it can easily increase its storage capacity up to 32 GB thanks to the DDR4 DIMM, SATA3, SSD SATA and eMMC slots available.

Measuring 109 mm long and 43 mm high, this compact board can be easily integrated into all kinds of projects. For instance, you can install it in a custom chassis along with its add-ons.
