Shipping costs
The shipping costs include packaging, handling, and transportation fees. They may contain a fixed and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into one single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, with special care taken for packages containing fragile products... Packages are oversized and protected.
Shipping times
Shipments are made every day around 3:00 PM, so your order will depart on the same day if placed before 2:00 PM. Feel free to contact us if you have specific delivery constraints (for example, if delivery needs to be postponed until the end of the holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday and during the weekend will be shipped starting from the following Monday (subject to stock availability).
