Autonomous mobile manipulator for industrial applications
The RB-KAIROS+ is a mobile manipulator designed for the plug&play integration of Universal Robots e-Series robotic arms. This mobile robot transforms a fixed cobot arm into an autonomous mobile manipulator, significantly expanding the cobot’s working area. With this solution, the robotic arm can operate on parts of different sizes with a payload of up to 5 kg, and across large surfaces.
RB-KAIROS+ is ideal for industrial applications such as Pick & Place, part feeding, metrology, quality control, operations on large parts, packaging, cleaning, polishing, screwing, drilling, and more. Moreover, it is approved by UR+, ensuring full compatibility with Universal Robots cobots.
All Robotnik robots, including RB-KAIROS+, are modular and use a ROS-based architecture (Robot Operating System).
