Airy is the first digital hemispherical LiDAR from Robosense's R platform. Featuring a chip-based transceiver and high-sensitivity digital detection technology, it offers an exceptional 360° horizontal and 90° vertical field of view in a format as small as a ping-pong ball.
With ±1 cm accuracy, 96 beams, and a point rate of 860,000 points per second, Airy enables real-time detection of object size, contour, and distance. Its structured and rich point cloud simplifies obstacle avoidance, mapping, and navigation in complex environments.
With only 60 mm in diameter and weighing less than 240 g, Airy fits easily into all types of robots, even the most compact ones. Its low power consumption (< 8W) ensures stable, long-term operation.
Its unique opto-mechanical system enables full coverage of 360° horizontal and 90° vertical, with a range of up to 60 meters. Perfect for mapping, obstacle detection, localization, and trajectory planning — even over long distances.
With its 96 beams, Airy generates dense and accurate point clouds with ±1 cm detection precision. It easily detects small static or moving objects, ensuring safety and reliability indoors and outdoors.
Airy uses next-gen VCSEL emitter chips and high-sensitivity SPAD-SOC sensors. Its fully digital architecture ensures no signal loss and outstanding performance while minimizing size.
