A vacuum pump is a highly efficient system for 'pick and place' operations (moving objects). This tool, compatible exclusively with the Ned2 robot, allows you to remove plastic lids from containers, move coffee capsules, or handle large objects with flat, non-porous surfaces.
With its two different suction models, you can grasp a wide variety of smooth-surfaced objects, adapting to your specific use cases.
Unlike most industrial vacuum pumps, which are noisy, the Niryo solution offers quiet operation without compromising efficiency or cost. A servomotor and syringe ensure the creation of the vacuum.
Attaching the vacuum pump to the robot is easy thanks to the magnetic tip, enabling quick and efficient tool changes.
