The RB-ROBOUT+ targets automation of handling operations for parts and components up to 35 kg (depending on arm configuration). It stands out with an omnidirectional mobile base, enabling movement in any direction and rotation around the Z axis for precise manoeuvring in confined or congested areas.
The system is designed for plug-and-play integration with Universal Robots arms. It is suited for operations such as masking, coating or dispensing, welding, grinding and polishing, as well as material handling.
With autonomy up to 8 h (depending on arm configuration), the RB-ROBOUT+ supports stable operation and helps limit downtime. The robot integrates a safety architecture with a safety PLC and LiDARs, relying on a SICK safety architecture to manage interactions with operators and equipment.
The platform uses a modular architecture based on ROS 2, making it easier to adapt to application constraints. An HMI is also provided to simplify robot management for the user.
