How can I know the delivery costs before I place my order?

Before you confirm the order, you have the opportunity to see the shipping costs of the various transport companies.


How can I track the progress of my order?

You can see the current status of your order directly in your customer account > Order History. You will receive an automatic e-mail every time the status of your order changes.


How can I withdraw from the purchase?

The customer has 14 days (from the date of receipt of the product(s)) to make up his mind. In case of exchange or refund, the customer must return the new product(s) undamaged in the original packaging along with any accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

If the customer chooses to exercise his right of retraction, Génération Robots will refund all sums paid by the customer at no charge, except the cost of return postage. The refund will be issued within 14 days. If the initial delivery has been made using the express mode, the refund will only be at the economy cost by Generation Robots.


How should I proceed, if I have received a defective product?

If you have received a defective product, please follow the RMA guidelines
