With the Spot Enterprise Asset Management Kit, proactively collect the data you need to power your predictive maintenance. Equipped with various payloads, it provides extremely accurate real-time data.
Examples of Applications
Thermal Inspection
Equipped with a thermal camera, Spot can inspect pumps and motors and trigger an alert when the equipment goes beyond a defined range.
Gauge Reading
Spot can read and analyze analog gauges, pressure gauges, flow meters, etc., and trigger an alert in case of anomalies.
Acoustic Inspection
Spot can perform acoustic imaging inspections to identify potential duct leaks with the optional Fluke SV600 module.
Spot Inspection: Included Payloads
SCOUT: Eyes and Ears in the Field
SCOUT is an application that allows you to remotely control your Spot robot at any time and from anywhere.
24/7 uninterrupted site access, ensuring instant response to incidents without requiring human operators, regardless of the time.
Real-time visualization: Use Spot to gather visual, thermal, and auditory data. Spot maneuvers with agility in hard-to-reach areas.
The versatile SCOUT interface can manage different Spot robots and multiple users connected to the same server. Thus, the pilot and other users can observe what Spot sees live.
Spot CAM+IR: 3 Cameras + 1 Microphone
The Spot CAM + IR allows capturing and recording color images over a panoramic field of view. This payload offers numerous advantages:
Ability to enjoy powerful zoom and track movements with a PTZ x30 camera
Capability to detect the presence of obstacles, whether living or inanimate, even in unfavorable lighting conditions, thanks to the infrared camera
Capturing and recording of environmental sound via a shotgun microphone with 256 GB data storage capacity
Thanks to the CAM+IR kit, Spot can enter spaces you'd prefer to avoid. This kit operates in a temperature range of -20 to 65°C and has dust and ingress protection rated IP65.
Spot EAP 2: Enhanced Autonomy Package
Featuring a Velodyne VLP-16 LiDAR, the SPOT EAP2 model offers a detection range of up to 100 meters and a complete 360-degree field of view. Thanks to this LiDAR technology, Spot can create larger and more accurate maps, allowing it to navigate effectively in large spaces.
Furthermore, the SPOT EAP2 is equipped with the integrated SPOT CORE I/O processor, pre-configured for immediate use. With the NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX module, Spot can continuously perform vision-based inspections and data collection.
Spot Docking Station: Simplified Recharging
With this recharging station, Spot can perform long-duration missions and recharge autonomously wherever it is. This feature proves especially useful in industrial environments or if you intend to use Spot as a host or service robot in an extended area.
