Advanced Lifting Solution: Aukkar Electric Telescopic Column

Collaborative palletisers, also known as cobots, offer a valuable solution for handling materials, freeing workers from physically demanding and monotonous tasks.

However, collaborative robots have a limited reach and cannot stack boxes beyond a certain height.

To solve this problem, the Aukkar electric telescopic column has been designed to enable cobots to palletise at higher levels.

This column allows the cobot to be raised or lowered during palletising, ensuring an optimum working position. What's more, the use of this 3-stage column means that the cobot's workspace can be extended economically.

AUKKAR takes your palletizer to the next level with the following features:

  • Speed: Load-independent speed up to 8.6 mm/s, with the option of simultaneous operation
  • Flexibility: 48 V digital control
  • Robustness: Low deflection even with a load of 200 kg

The AUKKAR 1700 electric lifting column is easy to install and specially designed for cobot palletisers. Its numerous mounting plates make it compatible with a wide range of cobots.

The AUKA 1700 automated lifting column system consists of:

  • 1 lifting column
  • 1 remote control
  • 1 electrical box
  • 1 key for the electrical box
  • 1 plate for fixing the column to the floor
  • 1 plate for attaching the collaborative robot to the column
  • Bolts for fixing the plates
  • 1 power cable for the electrical box (length 2 m)
  • 1 quick-connect cable to connect the column to the electrical box (length 2 m)
  • 1 quick-connect cable to connect the remote control to the electrical box (length 2 m)
  • 1 quick-connect cable to connect the collaborative robot to the electrical box (length 2 m)
