Alcohol gas sensors are used in gas detection equipment to detect alcohol, for example in breathalysers. It can be coupled with the gas sensor support. To do this, insert the alcohol gas sensor in the universal gas sensor support and you can then very easily measure an alcohol concentration using your favourite microcontroller (e.g. (Arduino Yun).
