Built around the OptoForce technology, the HEX-H force sensor sets a new standard in the world of collaborative robotics. Like the HEX-E, this force/torque sensor adapts to most existing industrial robot arms.
Including €0.05 for ecotax
This force/torque HEX-H sensor connects to a robotic arm and can be extended with different end-effectors, including sanding, polishing and deburring tools. Its reduced integration time and simple graphical user interface make the HEX force and torque sensor particularly easy to use, with no need for any particular programming knowledge.
The OnRobot HEX-H sensor is designed to help operators carry out tasks that usually require a sense of touch. Which opens up a whole new range of industrial automation possibilities. The HEX sensor has various uses – enter pointing, insertion, hand guiding, force control, crash detection – and is also capable of recording a given path and repeating it with the same precision.
While the OnRobot HEX-E sensor is a champion of precision, the HEX-H sensor stands out for its low deformation performance: 0.6 mm on the Fxy axis; 0.25 mm on the Fz axis.
These properties make the HEX-H particularly suitable for complex industrial operations requiring a low level of mechanical deformation.
