The Slamtec Mapper lidar, which combines the SLAMTEC graph optimisation engine and the SharpEdge™ mapping technology, stands out for its high-precision mapping. It’s ideal for locating and navigating robots and works indoors and out, including in harsh environments.
Its simultaneous localisation and mapping (SLAM) functions allow it to map areas of over 100,000 m² in real time.
Slamtec Mapper is fully ROS compatible and has a comprehensive cross-platform SDK. It’s a plug-and-play device that operates with just a USB power cable and can communicate simply with an Ethernet port, built-in WiFi and mobile app.
