OpenCM 485 Expansion Board: for OpenCM9.04-A, B or C controllers
The OpenCM 485 board is an expansion board designed by Robotis to equip models A, B and C of the OpenCM9.04 Controller. It offers four additional 4-pin ports and five 3-pin ports for those of your Dynamixel servos communicating via a TTL or RS-485 interface.
Uses for the Robotis OpenCM 485 Board
With the Robotis OpenCM 485 Board, you’ll be able to manage up to nine additional Dynamixel servos, including five TTL servos such as the XL-320 servo used notably for the DARwin-Mini robot, the servo motors in AX series (which equip the Bioloid robots) and even the new MX Dynamixels (using an RS-485 protocol).
The OpenCM 485 Board is an ideal extension for your OpenCM9.04-C Controller, designed to support the Dynamixel XL servos.
